We built the kind of fitness studio we wanted to go to ourselves. Challenging classes, great music, and good people. We take the workout seriously. The rest? Not so much.
Come as you are.
This place is for you.
kaylee
Kaylee is a group fitness instructor, mom of two, and one of the people behind The Vibe. She loves helping people get stronger, figure out what works for them, and realize they’re capable of more than they thought.
-
Kaylee grew up in Missoula and graduated from Arizona State University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Forks up!
For her, fitness is about more than the workout. She loves the community that grows around it and creating a place where people can show up as they are, move their bodies, have fun, and meet some good people along the way.
As a mom of two, Kaylee also knows life is full. Sometimes chaotic. Sometimes fueled by caffeine and whatever snack your kid didn’t finish.
Movement doesn’t need to be another thing you have to be perfect at. You don’t need to look a certain way, move a certain way, or know what the hell you’re doing before you walk through the door.
Come as you are. We’ll figure out the rest together.
izzi
Izzi has been teaching spin, group fitness, and personal training since 2020. Expect heavy beats, quick tempos, and plenty of energy. Her classes are challenging and intentional, with room to make the ride work for you.
-
Izzi found fitness through lifting in 2016 and never really looked back. When she started teaching in 2020, it clicked pretty quickly that this was exactly where she wanted to be.
Her rides are built with purpose. Every song, interval, and movement has a reason for being there. She loves creating classes that push you outside your comfort zone while still leaving you in control of your movement.
Outside The Vibe, Izzi works full-time at MUST Gym in Missoula. When she’s not working or teaching, she’s probably hanging out with her girlfriend, cooking something delicious, or tracking down her next favorite place to eat. She’s a BIG foodie, and she’s not pretending otherwise.
esther
Esther teaches dynamic, strength-building Vinyasa with plenty of room to make the practice your own. She believes yoga is about more than the poses. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself, build strength, and pay attention to what you need.
-
Esther first found yoga in 2016 as a way to heal. In 2020, she completed a 25-hour teacher training and found such a sense of solace in the practice that she signed up for her 200-hour YTT before the first training was even over.
What started as something deeply personal grew into a love for helping other people discover their own strength, self-awareness, and self-love.
Her regular classes lean toward dynamic, strength-building Vinyasa flows, but she loves slowing things down, too. Keep an eye out for restorative pop-ups and other specialty classes.
A Bitterroot native raised in Victor, Esther also has a degree in Early Childhood Education and loves getting kids and families excited about movement. Outside the studio, she runs a lawn and landscaping business with her husband, wrangles three kids and two dogs, and makes the most of life in the valley.
what we’re about
Good movement.
A good workout should challenge you, not punish you. Learn, modify, try something new, and find the movement that works for your body.
Good music.
Music isn’t background noise around here. It’s part of the experience, especially when the lights go down and the spin class gets going.
Good people.
Show up for the workout and you might leave with a few new people in your corner. That part matters just as much to us.
